Problem Statement
Within a week after going remote with over 15% of employees, PWS encountered several challenges including a lack of team communication, irregular work schedules, and a massive decline in productivity. Brett wanted to go fully remote to leverage the freedom of hiring the best talent from anywhere in the world and to minimize the operational costs. However, the abrupt decline in productivity made directors concerned about their decision.
